Never received the item

The items said guaranteed Christmas delivery which didn’t happen. I emailed asking to cancel the order as they didn’t arrive before Christmas and no one ever got back to me so I’m assuming the items haven’t been cancelled. The items have still not been delivered so I can only provide feedback on all the other elements… needless to say I won’t be using this website again
